Bad car service centre

I booked my car in to be serviced at their workshop, when I went to collect it I’ve noticed that they’ve swapped my car battery and other car parts, and other services were not performed.

When I complained about it they told me to monitor the car if there’s no change I must contact them. I tried contacting them but instead they ignore and drop my phone calls.
