Ice machine problems

Just don't buy their ice making machine if you outside Joburg because if it gives you problems after 7 days after purchase have passed then it's up to you to transport the machine to them so they can check out what's the problem. So if you are someone outside Joburg, like in Bloemfontein on my case. Then you must hit your pocket to get the machine to them in Joburg. Then I ask myself what's the use of paying so much money if I will be on my own when their brand new product is giving problems.
