Ice machine problems
Just don't buy their ice making machine if you outside Joburg because if it gives you problems after 7 days after purchase have passed then it's up to you to transport the machine to them so they can check out what's the problem. So if you are someone outside Joburg, like in Bloemfontein on my case. Then you must hit your pocket to get the machine to them in Joburg. Then I ask myself what's the use of paying so much money if I will be on my own when their brand new product is giving problems.

Great range and helpful staff
Great company operating for years in the industry. Sells all ranges of equipment from affordable entry level to high quality brands. Been buying from them for years and always happy with my experience

Best equipment suppliers
We opened a bakery at home, and we bought all our bakery equipment from them. We have been operating for more than 10 years and the equipment is working like magic.

Business review
Great selection of products, always willing to offer discounts and specials. From all the catering equipment shops I have been to they have the widest selection and decent people with great service.

Disappointed
I paid more than R40k to an employee Moipone Luka of BBRW who deals with online advertising to buy me equipment she ate my money and when l approached management the Indian manager told me the wait to get off and they were not interested in the matter.Be very careful with this place!!

Disappointed
I paid more than R40k to an employee Moipone Luka of BBRW who deals with online advertising to buy me equipment she ate my money and when l approached management the Indian manager told me the wait to get off and they were not interested in the matter.Be very careful with this place!!

Disaster waiting to happen
If I could give them minus 10 stars I would. Their only interest is to take all your money and be done with you, they sell you demo models that don't work after explaining your business needs of the equipment. Then they sell you new equipment that turns out to be a disaster. You can't really comment on their customer service because they have none, they have a "don't care" attitude. As soon as you have paid them you are (to put it lightly) *****ed. When trying to return the item after a month (and me telling them the entire month it's not working) they only give back 80% and charge you a collection fee. They have no integrity, no honesty and no care for their customers or equipment.
