If I could give them minus 10 stars I would. Their only interest is to take all your money and be done with you, they sell you demo models that don't work after explaining your business needs of the equipment. Then they sell you new equipment that turns out to be a disaster. You can't really comment on their customer service because they have none, they have a "don't care" attitude. As soon as you have paid them you are (to put it lightly) *****ed. When trying to return the item after a month (and me telling them the entire month it's not working) they only give back 80% and charge you a collection fee. They have no integrity, no honesty and no care for their customers or equipment.
Planet fitness either gives no training or they just don't care that their agents are misinforming their clients. If you go to 4 different agents they will give you 4 different answers about the same questions because they don't actually know the correct information, so if you as a client take up a contract and want to freeze the account because as discussed with the agent there will be no charge and no extension of contract, you can't do that because according to their regulations you pay a fee And the contract gets extended by the amount of months you freeze it for.... So you speak to the manager about the situation and says that due to it being the agents fault we can close the contract, I just need to email her the details we discussed with my flight booking (as I was leaving the country and couldn't use the contract anymore), which I then did. 2 months later I realized the debit orders still going off. I reach out to my mom to try and sort this out and planet fitness couldn't give a rats ass about anything discussed weather it was recorded on the phone or not and weather it was the agents fault or not. I would either have to keep on paying for the 2 year contract or pay a cancelation fee. I mean what's with that!? What kind of customer service is this?
