No, no, no. If it wasn't for the fact that our electronics is/was still under warranty we will never choose this company. It is our 2nd appliance that they fix because of the warranty, first was our Samsung microwave. Had to send it back 3 times, my husband had to open the microwave himself to remove loose parts when we received it back. We take our Hisense TV to them also under warranty. After almost a month, if you phone and ask... the technician is always out or just arrived on site with no feedback. They had to pay us the R500 for the quotation back...that took almost 2 months. Not happy with this company at all. It is a pitty they are the repair agents for all the big brands if your products are still under warranty.
