Unknown debit order for R2499 went through for "Account Payment" - picked it up later in the month and queried it with bank. They basically said it was my problem as I must have given them the account details but at least reversed the debit order all be it at a large cost. Only found out when googling and landing up here that this seems to be a habit. Strange that a "56 year old company" as claimed in post doesnt seem to have phone numbers and doesn't have a web site!
