BDB or one/some of their employees are *****ing your money
Unknown debit order for R2499 went through for "Account Payment" - picked it up later in the month and queried it with bank. They basically said it was my problem as I must have given them the account details but at least reversed the debit order all be it at a large cost. Only found out when googling and landing up here that this seems to be a habit. Strange that a "56 year old company" as claimed in post doesnt seem to have phone numbers and doesn't have a web site!

*****ulent debit order - NO Communication.
I have been debited an amount of R239 and I am not able to get hold of anyone at the company. I have no idea why I am being debited, or for whom they are collecting. There was no communication sent through and it is impossible to get the debit order to be cancelled from my bank. Can someone get back to me as this is utterly frustrating and with all the reviews of people being debited and not knowing why it feels like a *****ulent transaction.

I got a *****ulent debit order against my account in the name of BDB Tc Payment Solutions. Impossible to get a hold of them. I disputed it on my banking app, but can't reach them to sort out why they did it in the first place.

Unauthorised, Fraudulent Debit Orders
I am being Debited R95 per month from this company, this started long ago as i recently noticed when i decided to download the Capitec app. When i went to Capitec to query this they said I have to make contact with this company and gave me their contact numbers which do not work I gave no authority for this and i have no ties what so ever to this company.

Giving personal information to other companies
Good day, Can you please remove my number from your list, various insurance companies phoned me trying to sell stuff, after many times asking where they got my number, they all said from the Data Bureau. Can you please remove my number from this list, as I never signed up for this, this is a violation of my privacy. I will take further steps if my number is not removed Thank you

I can't believe my bank would authorize a debit order that I didn't agree to then just give me numbers to contact that are '' busy'' the whole time. What kind of F** Up thing is this? To do a reversal is going to cost me. What happened to getting authorization? Is it just Capitec or are all banks like this? I guess it's safer to keep your money under the mattress. Some of us don't have that much to start with, we don't need this bull
