Sooo I decided to buy a pair of sneakers that I had had my eye on for quite some time. Boy was I excited when the shoes got delivered that I wore them as soon as they were delivered (I had ordered them online). Biggest MISTAKE/REGRET of my life. The shoes I bought was 5740 women’s shoe. I’ve bought New Balance before and they had been super comfortable that I had become a fan - not these ones. The shoes, which were my size were so tight there was no blood circulation on my feet - I could hardly feel them. Sooo I took them off immediately and put them back in their box and inquired about their return process. The website is not user friendly. I then went back to the website to try and see if there was nothing I could find as they were slow to reply. I found waht I was looking for and logged a return after taking out the shoes to take the photos that were required and putting them back in the box. This is the appalling part, I received a response a few days later after having enquired about when I’m getting my response only to find that I couldn’t return the shoes because they were not in the original condition. I was baffled as I had only worn the shoes for fit and nothing else. But my questions on how that is possible and waht that says about the quality of the shoe if it could get damaged by me putting the shoes on just for fit fell on deaf ears, like literally I received no response from the service team. Never again am I buying a New Balance - this experience has left little desire for me to ever do that again. This review was written as a warning either their return policy is the worst or their quality is the poorest for a shoe valued at R2000, original price. Either way I regret that I ever bought the shoes
Omw!!!! For a call centre advisor to call you stupid just because you want a manager and to actually scream at you. And that was only one of the three people I spoke to today and this is me trying to sort out why my money was deducted from my account by a company I didn't even know existed. The laws for protecting our money are the pits, if they were true this company would be closed down and I have to say I wouldn't feel sorry for the agents. Three of them as rude as they can come, telling me I need to send proof it's my bank account, to a company that's already committed fraud using my details and has no concept of DPA. I am shocked, shooked to be exact. Woooow the service of our country is appalling
I can't believe my bank would authorize a debit order that I didn't agree to then just give me numbers to contact that are '' busy'' the whole time. What kind of F** Up thing is this? To do a reversal is going to cost me. What happened to getting authorization? Is it just Capitec or are all banks like this? I guess it's safer to keep your money under the mattress. Some of us don't have that much to start with, we don't need this bull
If it were possible to give a store a negative star I definitely would. I received the worst customer service ever. From the cashier speaking about me in a different language, he definitely thought I could not understand, to him laughing at me. And all the so called "manger" who first came to help me could say was we are doing your refund and telling me how to behave. Asking about my parents. I guess the treatment I got was because I was young hey. I will NEVER set foot at the restaurant again. Not in this lifetime. Did I mention I asked questions before I made the purchase, the same questions they answered and threw back at me. If I were to write about everything that went bad at the store. I should have known from the very start
