A King Price representative misled me into taking one of their products, the product does not cover what i was told it would and got a slap on my face when it was time to claim.. Worst part is for the last month i have been trying to get a hold of the recording to proce it and King Price has been promising to send but never did. Worst part is that i cancelled with MiWay to join king price and i never had such issues with MiWay
The experience at DOE in Meyersdal branch has been absolutely horrible, i found myself having to go there more than 5 times where the staff is not helpful and easily dismiss people. They are inconsiderate of the fact that it takes money and effort to come to their offices. They will tell you to come back tomorrow, when you come tomorrow they tell you to come the next week to ultimately tell you that they cannot help you...
I have an open order which has not been fulfilled for a whole 2 months, getting a hold of an agent in MWEB is not easy at all and wait times on the phone are way too long. Their chat bot does not work well and session times out without an agent accepting the chat. It has been 2 months since i moved to this new place and this has not been a pleasurable experience with MWEB
I recently downloaded the Capitec app and to my surprise every month i get Debited R95 by a company called BDB Data Bureau. I gave no authority for this and have zero ties to this company. Capitec says they cant stop the Debit order on their side and i need to call the Business and ask them to stop debiting me. They supplied me with their (BDB Data Beaurea) number which does not work. This makes one ask themselves if my money is really not safer being under my mattress because how can a random business just take money from my account without even getting any authorization, and worst keep on taking the money without the banking being able to stop it.
I am being Debited R95 per month from this company, this started long ago as i recently noticed when i decided to download the Capitec app. When i went to Capitec to query this they said I have to make contact with this company and gave me their contact numbers which do not work I gave no authority for this and i have no ties what so ever to this company.
This company is the worst... No number you can call for assistance. Relies on email, yet the agents choose to ignore emails once they dont know a process. Its a mission to do the most simplest things compared to other insurers This is by far the worst insurance company ive ever came across... im even concerned now since i have to cancel because most people say they will debit even after you cancelled. I dont understand how a company can be this horrible to their clients.
I have been trying to cancel with them for 3 months, and still havent managed to do so. Ive been calling and calling. one agent told me the cancellation has happened when it hasnt one agent told me they will send me an email to confirm and never did another agent told me she has to check my account and will give me a call back and they never do. I find myself calling everyday to no resolve and i have had to live with no fibre for the past 3 months plus working from home. This is a mampara company. Wouldnt suggest it to even my worst enemy
Scam, they use this phone number +27 79 337 0630 and pretend that theysell cars. They have ads on Facebook aswel Fake business, fake address. Stay away
