*****ulent debit order - NO Communication.

I have been debited an amount of R239 and I am not able to get hold of anyone at the company. I have no idea why I am being debited, or for whom they are collecting. There was no communication sent through and it is impossible to get the debit order to be cancelled from my bank. Can someone get back to me as this is utterly frustrating and with all the reviews of people being debited and not knowing why it feels like a *****ulent transaction.
