Disgraceful Service

E mails and phone calls go unanswered for weeks despite having paid upfront for Birth certificate service. The director Shaneil Dhookie is not available to address problems. The office / reception has no knowledge of work and is enable to assist in even connecting you to any individual. Calls are simply directed to cellular phones that are on voicemail.
