Disgraceful Service
E mails and phone calls go unanswered for weeks despite having paid upfront for Birth certificate service. The director Shaneil Dhookie is not available to address problems. The office / reception has no knowledge of work and is enable to assist in even connecting you to any individual. Calls are simply directed to cellular phones that are on voicemail.

There’s this company in Durban robbing people claiming to be you guys and in the main dealing with rental properties and robbing people deposit money. It’s name is Authentic Group Properties, headed by Kaizer Maswangani and not sure if it’s his real name.

Excellent service!!
Shaneil is fantastic!! Excellent service provided. I needed a lot of documents attested and a number of verifications, I would've been quite intimidated if I had to do it on my own. Thankfully Shaneil handled the entire process so I didn't have to do a thing!

Excellent service!!

Great service always
My experience with them has always been great. I needed to have get a police clearance and have it Appostled and they did so fast, I was told it may take up to 15 days but they did it in such a short space of time. It was second time I dealt with them. I was in Austria at the time and they promptly got everything done and sent it to me via courier from SA to Austria. I'm currently trying to obtain an unabridged birth certificate for my son so I wait to see how this service will go but I am hopeful it will go as well as the previous times.

Affordable and great service.
They work with Appostles and authentication services. I couldn't happier with the service I received from them. Fast response and efficient service with a cost that is affordable, way better than most service providers in this sector. I'm so happy, I would recommend them to anyone who needs the sort of service I needed.
