Some time between September and October, I went to the jet store in Mams mall. I had a person working in the store, who I guess opens new accounts for people approach me and offer to make me a new card since mine was old. I have a Total sports account with tfg so I didn't have a problem with changing the card to a new one. Fast forward bout a month later, I'm being told that the person actually opened a new account for me. I didn't ask for a new account, why would I ask for a new account in the same company. I'm not stupid. I went back to Jet Mams mall to ask that they close this account because I never asked for it, the person who opened it for me, did so under false pretense and without my consent. This equates to fraud. I was given a phone to talk to who I was told is the manager and the person assured me that they would close the account. I informed them that I will be leaving the country permanently and this person assured me that the account would be closed. Now today I received an email that they didn't just open a new account in my name but they also opened an insurance policy with the number 0016110001018641895 I now out of the country, thus I'm rendered powerless at the moment to go and give those fraudsters Jet Mams mall piece of my mind. I have always been a loyal customer to tfg and didn't think there would be fraud involved with my name. Im really upset and disappointed by the behaviour of your employees. Tfg group. I want the account closed ASAP. I DID NOT AGREE TO THE NEW ACCOUNT OR INSURANCE POLICY. If you're gonna call, you will have to request my Austrian number otherwise email is the the only way you can communicate with me. I'm not happy.
I had an issue with a waiter stealing my points for the bill and withholding some information but I made a complaint and I was contacted by Brandon, one of the managers and he sorted everything out and made up for the actions of their employee. Overall spur needs to check their waiters because stealing points isn't something new to happen to me, this was the second time by 2 different people at 2 different restaurants but once alerted, the managers acted swiftly.
This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Yesterday I went to go buy some ultramel and when I got there I found it was actually on special so instead of buying 1, I decided to get 6 for an upcoming event. The first 3 I picked up turned to have expired, so I had to check the one's at the back and found the expiry date is still far. This made me realise that they did the ultramel promotion as a disguise to get rid of expired products and they know a lot of people don't always check the expiry date. Disappointing
Nando's in mamelodi crossing, Denlyn. The service was good, had a short waiting time, the cashier was friendly and efficient and informative but my food was nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt so I wasn't able to make a review on their site. I bought 12 winglets and full chicken cut into 8 pieces. The winglets which I expected to have that famous Nando's sauce were barely hot and the chicken which I saw when I got home was dry, could swear it was old, been there for days, a little burnt and very little sauce. I ordered mild but it was somehow bland. Nothing like the Nando's im used to having. It was disappointing because after waiting for so long for nandos to open close by I was excited to now have it there but now I don't know if I wanna support that franchise.
My experience with them has always been great. I needed to have get a police clearance and have it Appostled and they did so fast, I was told it may take up to 15 days but they did it in such a short space of time. It was second time I dealt with them. I was in Austria at the time and they promptly got everything done and sent it to me via courier from SA to Austria. I'm currently trying to obtain an unabridged birth certificate for my son so I wait to see how this service will go but I am hopeful it will go as well as the previous times.
Recently dealt with them again after having had great experience with trying to obtain my unabridged marriage certificate. Recently I needed to have a passport done urgently for my son and they have been as efficient as before. Now I know who to turn to whenever I may need assistance with these sort of things but be prepared to pay, the services don't come cheap but it can be worth the price considering how good their work ethic is
Disappointing doesn't begin to discribe the level of disservice I got from them. From having flights cancelled daily while on the island of Zanzibar on honeymoon to not being able to find any dort of communication outside of emails, even then they took time until we were able to find a local number for Kenyan Airways in Tanzania. It was stressful and honestly has made me very unwilling to use their airline ever again. If I do, it will be due to special circumstances.
I had the most wonderful assistance from this store. I ordered a book by email, I had actually been enquiring if they had it and it turns out I'm able to order. When I got there, the service was quick, friendly and efficient. I then went back the next day because they had 50% sale and again the service was just great. It was the first time in my life buying a book that's not for studying and now I'm hooked I keep wanting to go back to the store to get more books.
They work with Appostles and authentication services. I couldn't happier with the service I received from them. Fast response and efficient service with a cost that is affordable, way better than most service providers in this sector. I'm so happy, I would recommend them to anyone who needs the sort of service I needed.
When I first found this company, i saw they had reviews on hello peter. For a moment I thought that's not good news if someone wrote about them here because it's mostly complaints here. At first I was surprised to find it was all good reviews but then I thought what if its fake reviews so I was a bit skeptical and thought it's all too good to be true until I saw some of the reviews were from old members and some of which were complaining a lot. It was then I decided to use their services and I must say I was itching to write as many reviews as I can on any platform available, this company came to be a very pleasant and refreshing surprise. Knowing how bad services can be, especially when paying upfront but Visa logistics and Renée came to my rescue. I went in skeptical and a bit hopeless after I had gotten not so good service from my marriage officer regarding the UMC so I wasn't holding my breath. Please excuse the long review but I just had to express how happy and satisfied I am with their service and this is surely the one time where "too good to be true" turns out to be exactly that. There is so much I want to say but I'll stop it here.
