My son who just finished school, started working for Usave Kleinvlei, about 4 weeks ago. His first job after school. But he has been sworn at and harrassed by the manager almost everyday. Even in front of customers. He has been belittled and humiliated. This seem to be a regular thing where his dignity and basic human rights are being violated. Something is wrong there and needs to be investigated

I wrote to Mr Nene who is in charge of KwaZulu Natal on 13 January 2026 to request Shoprite Holdings for a business prospect proposal from Shoprite Holdings and to acquire further information how to go about . I further called him on the phone provided on the website he just sent an sms that he will contact me later at 15:00 on 13 January 2026 . I have since made follow-ups, but to no avail. I question whether those in authority were fully aware, when entrusting Mr Nene with such an important responsibility—business acquisition—that his approach appears to be rather nonchalant.

I had a horrible service yesterday with an unfriendly cashier that has stinking attitude, I was there for cash send but cashier help 3 client while I was the first without explaining that it's off line, when I asked him to help he said can't you see it's offline with attitude, but the manager was nice and tried to resolve it. I really think Save Zone14 should investing customers services

I went to buy mealie meal uSave brand and when I got home, it had worms. The expiry date was for October this year. It's was disappointing and I think they should consider their customers and give them better service.

My name is Amogelang Boikanyoh Ma***o and I’m a *** male from Lerome. I recently visited Usave that is in Lerome South North West and I have to say, the men who work at that shop are very ****phobic, they made my shopping experience very bad and also managed to make me feel very bad about myself. I have never felt so unwanted so bad. And all I did was to just ask for assistance. I wanted to cry. The fact that they even yelled at each other from their posts, laughing and making unnecessary comments in the middle of their shift was also disturbing. It is very sad to experience such things in places we go to just to do shopping in 2025. When is it gonna end?? Why are we still hiring such kind of people who are capable of doing this at their work time??this has to stop. We are already facing a lot of ****phobia in the outside world, we do not need it inside stores by workers again. I am now never gonna go to Shoprite Usave that is in Lerome South ever again because of this!!! I was sold Purity that expired on the 25th November 2025, the condition of the purity was unbelievable. My baby could have gotten sick and died of this. I want to make sure I deal with this matter legally. I have the receipt and all. Manager better call and pay or we handle this the other route.
