My son who just finished school, started working for Usave Kleinvlei, about 4 weeks ago. His first job after school. But he has been sworn at and harrassed by the manager almost everyday. Even in front of customers. He has been belittled and humiliated. This seem to be a regular thing where his dignity and basic human rights are being violated. Something is wrong there and needs to be investigated
Good day We have been members of Health4me for many years. We just had to change membership details because then I worked at a company that used h4me and then my wife worked at a company that used them. Recently we changed back to my name again and had to go via Bloom. Before we changed to my name, my wife had a specialist visit that was authorised by H4me. We had to pay upfront, but never got back the money from H4me after claiming it. I myself had a specialist visit early this year and it was never paid. Then we changed to my name this year. My wife's X-rays was not paid because the excuse is that it was a colour X-ray. REALLY? There is no such thing. I tested positive for Covid and they keep asking for an ICD10 code that the LAB should change. I provided the ICD10 code on the lab results and still they are not happy. Why dont they contact the lab themselves? If they can send me a mail, they can send it to the lab also. THIS IS PATHETIC. We pay for a service that is not being honored. You are in breach of contract. I am paying double the amount that I used to pay and my 2 boys is without cover now because of that. But we dont get the proper service now.
It seems like it is a trend of poor service. I have not received my membership card and you deducted my money. My next step is consumer protection by day end.
Customer service is extremely bad. I called 20 December 2018 at 14h37 to cancel my insurance and the person who answered my call said that department was busy and that she would log a call so they would call me back. It has not happened as yet and I will have to pay for insurance I do want or need anymore. This is pathetic. Please get your business in order
<p>After borrowing money from Capitec, they started deducting money way before my pay day. After I complained about it, they said the system shows that I pay earlier than what I say. My payslip show that I am supposed to pay at the end of the month and we get paid on 26 of the month. It thus happens that the financial manager pays us anytime from 23rd of the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received money that was not related to my salary and was intended to pay doctors bills on the 20th Of July 2017 and that evening they deducted my installment. The money was deducted even before the deposted money was shown. </p> <p>I want my deductions to be done on the 1st of every month and their response is that, that is how their system works and can only be changed by head office. But that I have to write a letter to change that.</p> <p> </p> <p>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is bad service and it affects my family's lifes!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>I studied with AOY in 2015 and my end result was really excelllent. Even after they made a mistake on the certificate, they corrected it. Great experience all round</p>
<p>I handed in my assignments 6 days before my cutoff time and 14 days later and I dont get through on the phone and no one responds to my emails</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this certificate and they just dont care. They assisted me very well through out the course untill now.</p> <p>I am another victim</p> <p>DONT study with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Accademy of York was loyal to the last. I will go with them again</p>
