Still waiting on feedback why was my account debit twice this month after making an arrangement for a debit order to go off on the 25th and now it was debited twice in one month. Nobody rep**** to my email yesterday, but you quick to call when you dont get your money but not quick to reply to why it was debited twice so jah waiting on feedback. and by the way i was harressed last month to even change my debit order by Lusanda she even let the driver come to my work so now she cant even give me answer. Bad service wouldnt recommend anyone to take something on credit by Lewis
Im very frustrated that i everytime recieve calls from kraaifontein branch to change my debit order date , i already have one in place for the end of the each month i dont want to change it. They even want to come to my work to change it sjoe i dont know what to say anymore. I made payment last week the 11th via my Capitec app apparently the money the reflect only yesterday.
I made payment via ozow on the 5th March and that is an immediate payment. On my statement it show i am in arrears of 581.16 although i paid only a R500. This Statement that i recieved state the 8th March 2024 and it is already 15th March , the overdue message also states the 19th February 2024 we already in March. What is the use of paying with Ozow if you cant pick the payment up on your side Send an updated statement please.
Love there range of products, especially the different sorts of cream cheese flavours. The cheese quality is the best for me.
Anglo debt assessors my account is paid up to date i am still waiting for my clearance letter. No comminicate what so every. I even emailed nobody is getting back to me. There is a cellphone number on facebook but the phone goes to voicemail. You quickly to sign up people but no commication what so ever. This is unacceptable you quickly want to deduct money from my account but no response regarding my clearance certificate.
I am very disappionted in Lewis for sending the driver to come and collect money at my work while i am with my daughter at the hospital. I recievdd a call from my Boss saying they their to collect money. I spoke to the lady saying i will pay it today but i am not at work. This is unacceptable to do that , i even communicate saying that my banking details have changed and that i have to go into the branch to do it.
