Terrible Communication Skills

It's my third time ordering from them, and this is the first time I've received such terrible service. I placed my order on the 10th of September, followed up twice on the 16th and the 27th, and they're not even bothering to read my messages. Good communication when you say you want to place an order, but looks like when the money reflects, they disappear. I will definitely not buy from them again.
