Disappointed
Contacted via email and WhatsApp to ask about the products. Never got any response. Then placed a order and asked them about my order 4 days after placing it. Then again no response. So now i want a refund and if they have excuses im sorry but there is no customer service whatsoever!

Contacted via email and WhatsApp to ask about the products. Never got any response. Then placed a order and asked them about my order 4 days after placing it. Then again no response. So now i want a refund and if they have excuses im sorry but there is no customer service whatsoever!

Terrible Communication Skills
It's my third time ordering from them, and this is the first time I've received such terrible service. I placed my order on the 10th of September, followed up twice on the 16th and the 27th, and they're not even bothering to read my messages. Good communication when you say you want to place an order, but looks like when the money reflects, they disappear. I will definitely not buy from them again.

ORDER #30013 - ORDERED 8 SEPTEMBER 2025 still not received - feedback is they are waiting for pieces to arrive. Why advertise in stock if you do not have it. No updates you have to continuously follow up. Today is the 25th of September still no show still no answer or any feedback, it is absolutely shocking. Refund is required if it cannot be delivered easy as that.

Looking for Sterling Silver charms etc.
If you are looking for Pandora style charms, Murano glass beads, earrings, rings, bracelets, all Sterling Silver, shop with Be Fabulous. Excellent quality jewellery and fabulous service. I have been buying through them for years now and never had a bad experience.
