ORDER #30013 - ORDERED 8 SEPTEMBER 2025 still not received - feedback is they are waiting for pieces to arrive. Why advertise in stock if you do not have it. No updates you have to continuously follow up. Today is the 25th of September still no show still no answer or any feedback, it is absolutely shocking. Refund is required if it cannot be delivered easy as that.
The Service is shocking, ordered on 11 September 2025, update says will receive order in 3-6 working days, still not received. No phone numbers to contact them. Only contact on e-mail correspondence of which they contact you and very slow and still no tracking number or no idea of when I will receive my order - order no SHM15572 of which will be sent out from CAPE TOWN! Which is in RSA, SO WHY THE LONG WAIT??? My money is long gone in their account, where is my goods??? E-mail upon email still waiting!
NO RATING *** Good Morning. I have no rating as there is absolutely no feedback from Renault South Africa via any form of communication. Same as Renault Gateway KZN - only after weeks and weeks after phoning in. I had a response. NOW I have to meet with Gateway for an assessment on the vehicle. My mindset is that this vehicle should be replaced at no cost to me or any banking costs whatsoever as I feel this is the runt of the batch. Poor workmanship - paintwork disastrous. Brakes etc. The worst is when your intelligence is being underestimated and being advised these faults are normal or not warranty.... My review to both is ZERO. NO RESPECT AND INTEGRITY TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOT IMPRESSED. THERE IS NO INTEREST FROM THEIR SIDE TO INTERACT WITH THEIR CLIENTS. Therefore my thoughts are as follows. NO RENAULT FOR ME AND CERTAINLY SHOULD I have to be asked about a review on a positive note. It will not be possible.
I have purchased a RENAULT KIGER 1.0 ENERGY ZEN 2021 END OF OCTOBER 2021. This was purchased from Renault Gateway in KZN. This was reported to your Customer Care about the horrendous issues I am experiencing with this supposed to brand new vehicle. NOT ONE OF YOU have the decency to return emails or feedback. HOW shocking. The faults are just popping up daily on this vehicle without me even looking or finding them. From the time I purchased the vehicle I reported the brakes being noisy scratching feeling like it would fail any minute. According to Gateway this is normal!! The Car was booked for the 10th of February to resolve all issues. Came out just the same no change. 1. dings on the roof reported - no one uses the car for roof carrier transport how does this happen 2. brakes still ongoing!! - should this fail - I will keep you all responsible for this as it was reported over and over again. I was told it if fine and normal 3. the window beading on passenger front window is now popping. why?????? how???? 4. on the roof between the pillar - paint chips - how does this happen in a million years? 5. on the bonnet the disgusting rust (brown and looks severe)that came popping up after a minor stone chip. How is this possible? not even my 2018 Isuzu with all its stone chips have this rust problem occurring. you have a serious problem here. I am convinced that the paint prepping process was not done correctly and steps were not followed through. I WAS TOLD NOT WARRANTY, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TUNNEL VISION, LOOK BROADER AND WIDER. THIS IS DEFINITELY A WARRANTY PROBLEM. The bonnet even have chips on the bottom the bonnet hood. Pictures was forwarded. The list goes on... This is a Brand new Vehicle and not a Voetstoots model I purchased, neither secondhand. Please treat your customers and your Product with respect and integrity! I do not seem to have that joy and experience!!! I am sure it is lovely customer care to ignore your clients to treat them like they don"t exist and the money they have invested in your company does not pay your employees salary who is not interested to do their part!
