This company sells **** products using AI videos. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy any of the harmful products from them. They purposefully sell **** proflducts, then refuse to give your refund. ******* and **** artists!!!!

Do not order anything from Shimmeryglo! Awful
Do not use this company! They sent me the incorrect shade, I contacted them asking to send me the correct shade as per my order, no reply. Spent R800 on a product I cannot use.

I tried contacting them with no answer contact number is a cell number which pathetic for a business I paid my order but can't track my order. It says my order does not exist,so they still my money and now I don't know how to reverse or cancel the order . They have a **** website where I can't even seem to get contact they just want you to add an email and ur issue but never call or email back. Your company is **** and ****ty forms of contact and order trscking

Incorrect Order Delivered & No Response from ShimmeryGlo
I placed an order with ShimmeryGlo for a Buy One Get 50% Off promotion, which clearly stated that I would receive two brushes. Unfortunately, I only received one brush. I have attempted multiple times to contact ShimmeryGlo to resolve this issue but have received little to no response. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing. What is particularly frustrating is that Payflex — who are not at fault — have been far more helpful and are actively trying to assist me, while the actual supplier remains unresponsive. At this point, I am still waiting for either the missing item or a refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from ShimmeryGlo.

This company is a ****. The product never arrived. I ordered one of their thermal curlers and had an extremely frustrating experience with this company’s delivery service. The delivery team repeatedly attempts delivery after office hours — including a call at 20:00 — and then marks it as a “failed delivery” when I understandably don’t answer. The final straw was today: I called back within 30 seconds of the missed call, and the driver told me they had “already left.” Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Once this happened, I was convinced this is just ****.

ive ordered a cream and a brush from them and paid R999.90 to their bank account. I received an email saying order successful. 2 days later ive received and email from BELLA an :IBOT saying that specific colour is out of stock and parcel will be send as soon as they receive stock again. its nearly a month later and I still dont have my order. Ive managed to get the real location from them I will be opening a ***** case as well as publish them on every social media I can get hold of.
