The reason for my compliant is they offer a 1 month, 3 month, 6 and 12 month subscription. Now, I do believe like most people, you go for the 1 month just to see what its about. This site is also quite expensive, so the way the advertise their 1 month subscription as "most popular" seems very attractive at R399 - I mean- lets give it a try.

Once you enter you credit card details, you automatically sign a contract, only to receive the T&C after paying - which is very small at the bottom.

You need to cancel 7 days before renewal to exit contract. You need to fill in a form which is right at the bottom of the website - very difficult to find. If you cancel to late - they will automatically deduct money form your account, but here's the catch. The monthly fee changes from R399, which is fair - to R995. This is absurd. Who in their right mind will pay a R1000 for a dating app for a month. If you stop the payment you get threaten with debt collection.

They false advertise only to **** you out of almost 3 times the agreed monthly fee. When sending emails - they are all automatic responses. To have piece of mind, you end up paying the R995 plus anther R220 because you failed to pay.

The site is also loaded with ****mers and robots. Please, do yourselves a favour - read reviews.
