Daylight ******* at blueberry beacon honeydew

Firstly I walked in and I was told that there was happy hour which was confirmed in front of witnesses then I'm told on my bill there is no happy hour I have to pay which i refused , secondly I'm served wings with a ****roach which I understood which they say they will take off my bill but when I get the bill I've been over charged as they worked in the prices , the waiter was excellent I commend him but I won't tolerate that ,it's either they refund my money or I am reporting theft
