Do not buy from www.beautifulbodybliss.co.za

I purchased one of their rather expensive pairs of pants, the pleather white ones, waited 4 weeks for delivery, only to wear them once and the stiching started coming out. I contacted the owner Heidi Van Emmenes, after trying to offer me a 'discount' on my next order instead of accepting the return, eventually after arguing with me for 3 hours said that she would provide a refund. She refused to give the refund unless I paid for and sent her the return which is against the CPA, this was over 2 weeks ago and no further receipt of communication or any offer to sort out the issue has been received! She has then blocked me and refuses to provide her email address.
