Savanna is a product of Heineken. I love Savanna Zero, but had the worst experience recently - I was enjoying a zero at the end of November 2023 I was enjoying one of these drinks when I found myself stabbed by a piece of plastic/glass, needle like in nature. It stuck in my throat, thankfully I realised before swallowing and I was able to dislodge it. I have it in a container. I have emailed them with requested information 3 times and received no official replies, and have miles of promises that a reply is imminent with their FB page admin but still no contact. I don’t know many people, who, after a defective product almost choked them, would be kind enough to message several times asking for a response and resolution, via email and Facebook messenger, to receive zero response for 6 weeks, (incident occurred at end Nov 2023, they were messaged at time of the message) and still not have posted publicly but here we are. I purchased one of their rather expensive pairs of pants, the pleather white ones, waited 4 weeks for delivery, only to wear them once and the stiching started coming out. I contacted the owner Heidi Van Emmenes, after trying to offer me a 'discount' on my next order instead of accepting the return, eventually after arguing with me for 3 hours said that she would provide a refund. She refused to give the refund unless I paid for and sent her the return which is against the CPA, this was over 2 weeks ago and no further receipt of communication or any offer to sort out the issue has been received! She has then blocked me and refuses to provide her email address.
I have been contacting British Airways for over a month to get a refund for a plane ticket they charged me double for! They reply with a link to a bot which does not offer a solution to the problem, and simply ignore me when I comment on their Facebook posts! They refuse to provide an address for a letter of demand. i have given them sufficient time to respond and sort out the issue. I am now submitting to the ombud as well.

I had a second bigger order I am waiting for as well. I contacted them to arrange to return the two items. Instead she got nasty with me, saying we don't cover 'buyers remorse' - how on earth is to big and unwearable anything to do with me? She says I must pay for the return, then when I commented on her Instagram account she blocked me and kept deleting comments. She also messaged saying she is cancelling my other order! Wasting hours it took me to pick out the items. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SCAM!
ThePerfectTouch.co.za is a scam! I ordered 2 pairs of pants from them which when they arrived, one was too big and both were unwearable and gave my skin a rash. I contacted them to return. They said I must pay for it and they don't cover buyers remorse! She values my time or being a customer so little that the second order I made, which has not arrived yet, she cancelled it without my request! Items I took hours to pick out! Then she blocked several of my social media accounts deleting the comments I made regarding this incident and how it was dealt with! Do not buy from this supplier! If there is a problem expect to be treated like you don't matter! Come and pick up your ****py pants and refund me for these items!

I ordered 2 pairs of pants from www.tempted.co.za back in October 2020. I received the order but 1 pair was an XL instead of a small. I asked for a return. She said she was waiting for stock which carried on for 2 months... I was more than patient with her. She made promise after promise. She then said it will be just after New Year... She then instead of returning, as promised, blocked my personal profile and is not responding to messages.
Discovery does not seem to have a live chat option on their banking and their consultants just keep putting the phone down, there is no email contact, they do not reply on their Facebook page. I am a single mum, I lost almost 200k in expected income since COVID19 was announced meaning I don't know how i will keep going through the next two weeks, never mind the next 3 months. I have no additional income coming in at present. I took some of my last cash, put it on my disc card to pay for essential things for my business = website, etc which keep things going after this! Now the card has disappeared off my banking and my money is gone with it! No warning or communication from Discovery. No response from them. Where is my card and my money?
Earlier this month (December 2018) I rented a vehicles from Richies Car Hire on long term lease. They were all too happy to take a deposit and the rental. When I got the vehicle the key was broken, and falling apart. They promised to fix this the next week but did not. There was also a strange noise coming from the front left of the vehicle. Last Friday the speedometer stopped working. Richard said he would bring a replacement the next day (on Saturday). Saturday came and he asked to assist on Monday. I said fine. On Sunday he messaged stating, tomorrow (Monday) is a public holiday, can he come on Tuesday instead… I said fine as the speedometer was working again. Last night (Monday night) the sound I had originally complained about was quite loud. He had also initially said to me any time I have a problem to call him or a guy named Martin, instead of road side assistance. He then complained that I was calling about these things. Like what should I not tell him when there is a problem? If he wants to act as his own road side assistance then that means being on call 24/7 and if you can’t handle 24/7 rather get someone else to provide your clients with the service!? He then rocked up this morning. Tells me, after telling me 3 times he is coming with a replacement car, he doesn’t have one and he is taking the one he provided and refunding the rest. As if that is important?! A few days before Christmas, He leaves me stranded with no way to get around and rental prices are more than triple what they were just 2 weeks ago when I hired the car at which point they pricing was on par with the pricing at other rental places. Now because it is peak season there are additionally no cars available anywhere! Now I have no car, no way to get a car and this guy instead of apologizing and making a plan (he has over 30 vehicles) leaves me and my daughter stranded over Christmas. He shouldn't just be refunding but paying the difference on a replacement vehicle. He had a contractual obligation to provide a replacement. If I was in an accident, he would have insisted on my contractual obligation to pay for the damage, or the excess. If you offer a service make sure you can deliver it. Don’t ride people over. Don’t leave people high and dry. It’s actually disgusting. 0 stars for your service.
