In August I had purchased a case of Windhoek Draught (bottles). I logged a complaint for a flat beer. Landi did reply with a case No. - 201847604 after I had sent all relevant information requested regarding batch No. etc. However since then I have heard nothing from Heineken. I have tried calling to find out what was going on, but with no joy.

For the second time in a matter of 2 weeks I have been purchasing Savanna 500mls at different locations with both having an outcome of being flat . Extremely flat . All that you get is a simple apology and that this wont happen again… only to find it happening again ! On the first occasion the brand just sent a simple apology… but to be facing the same problem again really is ridiculous at that being at a different store with different batch numbers . Why is the customer receiving defective products ??? At the end of the day it is not like I am receiving these items for free . I am paying for this for stuff to just go down the drain !

Savanna is a product of Heineken. I love Savanna Zero, but had the worst experience recently - I was enjoying a zero at the end of November 2023 I was enjoying one of these drinks when I found myself stabbed by a piece of plastic/glass, needle like in nature. It stuck in my throat, thankfully I realised before swallowing and I was able to dislodge it. I have it in a container. I have emailed them with requested information 3 times and received no official replies, and have miles of promises that a reply is imminent with their FB page admin but still no contact. Savanna is a product of Heineken. There are stores selling fake Heineken. I have tweeted asking them to intervene however I am not getting an responses or assistance to resolve this matter. It’s disgusting. Why are they allowing the brand to be spoiled

I just baought six pack of Heineken beer, nd two dumpies from the six r strange. One was not propely sealed, as if sumone tempered with it becouse the lid jst fell off , and the both has some white staff floating inside. I didnt drink it, jst took pics of them. I baought these in cape town Liquar store

I have an account with Heineken and I have been placing orders with the company for the past couple of weeks we as customers have had to hold for more than 45 minutes placing an order I then tried to contact the call center supervisor who goes by the name of "Mr Ralch" I was then placed again on hold as the management does not want to assist customers who have to pay and hold on for 45 minutes on average just to get assistance. I feel that for company as large as Heineken this is by far the worst way to treat your customers and make them pay for the bad service , I have been in this business for more than 9 years and this is the most arrogate , rude and shameful disregard for customers ,Jacob Zuma clearly has competition.
