My name is Vuyisile and I have a problem with the router. It keeps rebooting it self every few minutes. Reported the problem to rain via their app and never got back to me since around October 2023. I used whattsapp platform but it never helped always referred me to use the app or call. I called them on the 10th of January and they said they will escalate the Metter and someone will get back to me and never heard from them. I called again on 17 January and the phone will wring for a very long time before they answer with the ref number 15495970 and they said someone will call before the end of the day but never received the call. This is very bad customer service and I would never recommend Rain to anyone.
The store has only 3 cashiers and the que going to the to the other end of the stor. It's more than 100 customers on the que with no social distance and what makes it more disturbing is that, the kiosk is not working and there is express till. Some one with on or two items must que on the same que of peoe with trolleys. This store has vary bad service and poor scheduling. The time is 11.30am and there are no cashiers
I went Top bet Mayfield square and there were only 3 cashiers with a que of more than 40 people and the place has no air vantilation and there was no social distance. It was on the 3rd of December. I had to wait in line for more than an hour. Poor service from the business and they do not follow the Corona virus protocol
I found a half beer in a six pack and it doesn't taste good. Taste like water
Great Job by one particular cashier at this pick n Pay by the name of Tshepo who works at the kiosk. He is always help full and dedicated to his job. Always there and helind a very long que alone when you find that most tills are not occupied and his working station opparate as an express till even if he is only supposed to help with lotto ans cigarettes only. He always going an extra mile to make sure the customer leaves the store happy and we should always give credit where it's due. Great work Tshepo and please keep up the good job
The vouchers takes too long to reach the owner. Requested vouchers in May an I still haven't received my vouchers and when question them they never respond
It's been months now trying to get my vouchers with nothing coming. I emailed and wrote to them but they never responded.
