I am owed a refund for the 10 days during which I had no WiFi service. I have been pushed from pillar to post, and this issue has been unresolved for three weeks now. This level of service is unacceptable. Please resolve this matter by Wednesday, 04/02/2026.

Everyone useless and cannot resolve the problem. We are on day 5 of no WiFi yet we paid
Day 5 without connection despite a technician coming to site. Pathetic service as calls are closed before they are resolved
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with TiH (Auto & General) this year. I submitted five claims, and every single one was initially declined—only approved after I disputed the decision. My latest claim was submitted in October 2025 and has been with the Adjudicator since 17/11/2025, despite a promised 10-day turnaround. This commitment has not been honored. I attempted to resolve this via their Twitter DM channel, which was completely ineffective. I have now escalated the matter to the Ombudsman. What makes this worse is that I was sold “unlimited cover”, yet the claims process does not reflect what was promised. The pattern of quick declines and delayed resolutions is unacceptable and erodes trust.
They were quick and efficient and kept their promise on paying when I claim!

In 2020/21, my car underwent a mechatronics replacement due to a general recall related to gearbox issues specific to VW models. Despite this intervention, the spanner warning light has recently illuminated, indicating a recurrence of gearbox faults. Upon consultation, I was informed that the proposed cost for this replacement is a staggering R54000, a sum that is not readily available to me. I find it deeply concerning that such a critical component, replaced under recall, is failing again so soon. Surely, this replacement should have lasted at least 7 years if correctly installed. Throughout my ownership of VW vehicles, I have consistently re**** on your brand for maintenance and repairs, trusting in the quality of both parts and service. However, this recent development has severely shaken my confidence in the reliability of your products. I am reaching out to you in the hope of finding a resolution to this matter. I humbly request your urgent attention and assistance with the replacement of the faulty part. Your favorable response and cooperation in this regard would not only restore my confidence in VW but also reaffirm my loyalty to your brand. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.

There are stores selling fake Heineken. I have tweeted asking them to intervene however I am not getting an responses or assistance to resolve this matter. It’s disgusting. Why are they allowing the brand to be spoiled
The claim process started in January 2022. Was eventually approved and phone collected last week. Phone is now ready and they want me to wait another 3-7 days Resolution: I want my phone delivered today!
