Poor customer service and misleading information
First of all the information on their website is misleading because on their website it says that dry cleaning services take 2-3 days, gave them my jacket on Saturday morning before 9, Sunday I got an invoice saying the money is due in 1 day paid the money thinking they are gonna deliver Monday and then they went silent, Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday I decided to call them and ask them for an update and they said that they will call me Thursday morning and they did not, I gave them the whole day of Thursday to call me but they did not so I took it upon myself to send them messages and they rep**** to me saying that their dry cleaning services take 7 day, while they had told me they take 2-3 days even now I still don’t have an update on my jacket Very poor customer service and unreliable would not recommend

Invoice without a Quote then they hold your property ransom.
I requested a service on behalf of a tenant. The driver collected the items (because he was in the area) and proceeded invoice me for R3 000. Apparently 4 curtains weigh 30KG. The owner (Ray) then proceeds to berate me on Whatsapp and says that "it is now he said, she said". He acknowledges (in writing) that the company did not quote me but insists that I pay, he will "deal with his staff". But I must pay whilst he holds my goods ransom. Disappointing to see that R3 000 is the low threshold with which you decide to compromise your business standards. And no, you are not "the highest level to escalate" when we have social media and websites that hold your service standards accountable. I used services in the past when they were still a small company with a handle on your quality control. Instead of insinuating that people wake up to **** your business everyday, maybe you should go back to doing what you did so well before. Massively disappointed.

THIEVES- they will steal your valuables
Be sure if you want to have your laundry done by this company. I happened forget my Daniel Wellington watch in my jacket when I sent it to be washed. The watch did not return with the rest of the clothes. I asked multiple times on WhatsApp and they said they had seen the watch and put it at the top of the clothes. BUT IT WASNT THERE. I looked EVERYWHERE. The plastic in which they wrapped the clothes had no hole or anything it meaning no one could have tore the plastic to take the Watch out. I have asked for camera footage from where they work. I wanted to see when they packaged the clothes and the ignored

Wonderful feather down cleaning
They picked up my king feather down duvet from my house and cleaned it - when I thought it couldn't be saved- and returned it to my house as good as new. I'm very impressed with their services!

Wonderful feather down cleaning

Satisfied
Easy to use, they collect and deliver efficiently. Payment is online and contact is convenient via Whatsapp. I used their service for a duvet inner and was very happy with the service and friendliness of staff
