Bug fixed fast
There was a bug happening while switching charts, I waited and didn't close the app. It got fixed in under one minute and everything was in place, so that was a relief. I don't know what would've happend if I closed it, but other than that it is super easy to use. Love the tool update

Stress free and all works
NorthDirect feels like it’s made for people who already trade and just want things to work. I didn’t run into issues placing trades or navigating the platform. It’s been stress free so far.
