I requested a service on behalf of a tenant. The driver collected the items (because he was in the area) and proceeded invoice me for R3 000. Apparently 4 curtains weigh 30KG. The owner (Ray) then proceeds to berate me on Whatsapp and says that "it is now he said, she said". He acknowledges (in writing) that the company did not quote me but insists that I pay, he will "deal with his staff". But I must pay whilst he holds my goods ransom. Disappointing to see that R3 000 is the low threshold with which you decide to compromise your business standards. And no, you are not "the highest level to escalate" when we have social media and websites that hold your service standards accountable. I used services in the past when they were still a small company with a handle on your quality control. Instead of insinuating that people wake up to **** your business everyday, maybe you should go back to doing what you did so well before. Massively disappointed.
