https://www.facebook.com/BeautifullyEngrave/ Absolutely ridiculous service! I sent messages asking for my waybill so that I can track my parcel. I received no answer the following day I sent another message saying that if I do not receive my waybill by Friday (17 December) I will be taking further actions. This was seen as a "threat". In which I had all right to ask for my waybill. Under the same breath I was told they will not respond to my messages and if "I want to be like that" I can wait for my parcel. From there I was told that I received a picture of my parcel in which I did not and when I asked what photo only then it got sent through which I understand as we all make mistakes and forget sometimes... I paid for a service and I expect it to be done effectively and with communication. It has been a mission to get my waybill or correspondence and everytime I got an excuse and she becomes so defensive when you ask. I would not recommend this women to anyone!!!!Absolutely disgusting!!!!
