I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at Thai salon. I purchased a voucher for Lazer hair removal but the experience left me not even using all the sessions. When I went to my very first session I stood outside ringing the bell for a few minutes with staff standing outside. Only to later realize that the door was indeed open but the staff outside didn't even try to mention that the door is never locked and one can just go in. When I got to reception it was overfull with staff telling me to sit but there was no seat available and towels laying on most seats. I got to the room to do my Lazer session eventually but the policy states you are not allowed to shave about 48 hours before. (I have gone to a previous Lazer session by another place and yiu had to be clean shaven - this will follow up shortly). You should not have 48 hours before becuase in the session the beautician takes a blade and shaves your under arm bare, no product to avoid any shaving rash and so, it felt truly harsh on the skin. (why not just shave at home then where you have acesd to shaving without any friction?) The Lazer session went on but I had NO info regarding how the process works, the do's and do not's after treatment, during treatment and so on. (luckily I had knowledge from the previous Lazer session from another salon). We get to the front and the lady creates a booking for my next Lazer appointment in 4 weeks time and I left. After four weeks I went back for my second Lazer session, only to find out that the Lazer machine is never there on a Sunday and no one told me this making me drive there for absolutely nothing. You get responses on a WhatsApp status saying that if you didn't get WhatsApp confirmation then your booking is not finalized but surely if they made the booking on their own system without me asking for a date, they should of followed up with me and said unfortunately the employee who WORKS THERE made a wrong booking time, can they reschedule because the machine is not avaliable. I am most definitely not going to go back and would not recommend this salon.

Flora center gym company is absolutely pathetic! 1) The employees hardly self understand the contract, when I took one out the beginning of the year we asked the guy questions and he hardly understood what we were saying and spoke in circles. We asked which banking details we should put on , mine or my mothers and he said mine and we said that I'm still a student and he said it is fine. A week later we received phone calls saying that this banking account cannot be used as I'm a student. We then fixed it and added the new banking details and at the end of the month they tried pulling off BOTH ACCOUNTS! 2) My mom spoke to the accounts women regarding this issue and she was so rude, the staff working there is absolutely rude in the office and the ones working in the gym! 3) There is a lack of equipment and when people spend more than half an hour on equipment while many people are waiting for their turn they continue taking photos and sitting on their phones on the equipment, when one complains to the staff they just laugh. 4) Some days the gym remains open during loadshedding and somedays when you walk in there like today they say we cant go in because it is loadshedding. (probably because its Friday and they want to leave early). They are so inaccurate with their times and never answer their phones. I AM PAYING FOR A GYM CONTRACT BUT CAN HARDLY GYM NOW DUE TO THE EXCUSE OF POWER FAILURES AND LOADSHEDDING. 5) The room downstairs with all the heavy machinery is disgusting! there is no ventilators downstairs a person walks down their and it smells like SWEAT!!!!!!!! this is so unhygienic especially at times like this! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

I received no answer the following day I sent another message saying that if I do not receive my waybill by Friday (17 December) I will be taking further actions. This was seen as a "threat". In which I had all right to ask for my waybill. Under the same breath I was told they will not respond to my messages and if "I want to be like that" I can wait for my parcel. From there I was told that I received a picture of my parcel in which I did not and when I asked what photo only then it got sent through which I understand as we all make mistakes and forget sometimes... I paid for a service and I expect it to be done effectively and with communication. It has been a mission to get my waybill or correspondence and everytime I got an excuse and she becomes so defensive when you ask. I would not recommend this women to anyone!!!!Absolutely disgusting!!!!
