Dissapointed
Very disappointed in beauty Galmore i ordered my weave 07 April today is 13 May still waiting and pay just now already took the whole payment I can't find them anywhere they not replying on my emails no communication what so ever please stay faaaar away from them

I am so disappointed I bought hair on the 8th of March today is the 29 of April and I have not received my parcel and there is no communication from them
I am so disappointed I bought hair on the 8th of March today is the 29 of April and I have not received my parcel and there is no communication from them. I recently tried contacting them on WhatsApp they blocked me since the 10th of April. I am leaving the country on the 4th meaning I will have lost my R2100 on them. They do not respond to my emails anymore, no other contact details besides the WhatsApp number they blocked me on.

Pathetic service @Beauty Galore
Beauty Galores service is very poor, delivery took time to arrive. I sent them a text on WhatsApp asking about my delivery, the people were rude and blocked me on the app. It’s like they don’t have enough staff because the business it’s always closed, I asked for a cancellation they said the person who does that it’s on leave so they can’t assist. The website shows free shipping, my parcel was just dropped at the courier guy offices, where they called me to come and collect my parcel. I had to uber collect the parcel to my place. The hair got here today and it’s not what I ordered! The packaging it’s also a joke, serious hair businesses have nice packaging and a thank you note. The hair just came in a dirty transparency plastic.
