Ordered a product online in beginning of December and was told that I would get notification via my phone, never received anything. Then starting querying 2 weeks later and was told I gave them the wrong phone number twice which was definitely not the case and they were very rude. I was then told that the parcel was already on the way back to them and If I want it to be sent again, I would have to pay again. I then requested a refund and was told to wait 5 -7 working days. On the 12 of Jan 26 I had not received the refund and contacted them upon which I was told that they do not have my banking details I must give it to them again. I asked for an email addres and she spelled it for me and I sent the banking details. Upon quering if they had received my email they said no and I asked them to spell the email address again, this time she gave me a different email adress and I sent again. Waited for the refund, nothing, contacted them again on the 26th of Jan and was told they will check with finance and come back to me the same day, nothing yet?
