*****ED WOOD AND CHEMICAL SMELLY MATTRESS

Absolute horrible experience with Bed king. After buying a mattress and base. They delivered it and it was smelling of some chemical. The replaced the mattress and not the base. Had to call again and they replaced the base but its smells of *****ed wood which causes an allergic reaction.

I keep calling them and they refuse to refund it or replace it. They keep making excuses and its been over a month now. Nkosi says they will call and make arrangements and no one has. As for that Mervin, he wont take any calls.

I had to escalate to the ombudsman.
