Complaint about quality of couches.

We bought lounge suite at silverlakes Bed & Lounge for R23000 thinking that it's a quality but within six months the colour of those couches was fading away already when we return them they said already warranty is almost over and they can't fix them and after we told them we would take the matter forward they said they can only fix them and give us three months guarantee only so we demanded that they give us our money back or the new couches and they refused
