I bought my very first brand new lounge suite at the ripe age of 43 and as such I shopped around for a while until I found the design I fell in love with. Only hitch was that the cost of the suite was completely outside of my budget until I found Bed & Lounge who manufacture the exact same suite at more than half the price, of other advertised units which are identical. Not only was I able to purchase my dream lounge suite but the service from Bed & Lounge was absolutely phenomenal. From communication to delivery, via some very friendly employees who were adamant that as a lady, they were to unpack and throw away the plastic that was covering the suite. I absolutely love my couches and would definitely recommend them going forward, thank you for your friendly service.

Terrible service from bed and lounge consultant Joseph every day since the collection of my damaged lounge suite 20th June that was under warranty I had to make calls daily to find out about repairs and was told they doing me a favour to repair my lounge suite, actually threatening me , so I must just be patient and on Monday 25 July after a whole month, I got a call from him to tell me repairs is almost done however I must pay a delivery fee to have the lounge suite dropped off at my home, he even made a comment to his colleague while I was on the phone to say they must pay as nothing is free which is totally unacceptable , the service is shocking and I would never recommend them to anyone

Their furniture looks good but its poor quality. I have not had assistance with my problem. I bought an l shape lounge suit from them and they delivered Dec 2020. The seats were as solid as i wanted it then. 11 Months later the seats are sagging and I can feel the wood behind my knees when I sit down. I called and complained and the lady was not of much help. I still have not been attended to regarding the inferior quality lounge suite.

Most dissapointing and pathetic! I had lay buy sofas for a period of 6 months. After the last payment to collect I am told there is no stock!!. To my surprise and knowledge. When one lay buys an item it is kept. But noooo! Not with bed and lounge. I was told to wait for 3 days. After 3 days and being furious I called and spoke to the manager. The call was even worse. I now Need to wait another week and even 7 days longer if I want a refund.. Imagine the inconvenience... Just useless man!

A very good customer experience. I was kept in the loop regarding my purchase, even throughout the national lockdown. My purchase was delivered to me within a week of the lockdown regulations level change (change from level 4 to level 3). The delivery staff were also of great assistance in getting my furniture up four flights of stairs.

Extremely extremely bad experience with this company. I purchased a lounge suite in 2016. I paid in cash which was around 15k at that time. There are no kids at my place it’s my wife and myself. We work Monday to Friday and are hardly home on the weekend. 2 months ago I felt something poke me badly only to find a wire tore through breaking the stitching in the process. I will upload a pic. I contacted the salesman Joseph and he had explained to me that the warranty had finished but I was confused cause at that time of purchase I had heard a warranty that will end at the end of 2018. The salesman Joseph promised to come through and have it checked out since he claimed the warranty was over. It’s been 2 months and all I hear is excuses every week when I call him. He doesn’t respond to my WhatsApp I can upload a screenshot. How do I upload ? I’m trying and I’m failing. Thanks
