Their furniture looks good but its poor quality. I have not had assistance with my problem. I bought an l shape lounge suit from them and they delivered Dec 2020. The seats were as solid as i wanted it then. 11 Months later the seats are sagging and I can feel the wood behind my knees when I sit down. I called and complained and the lady was not of much help. I still have not been attended to regarding the inferior quality lounge suite.

You en up spending huge amounts of money on transport after they've sold you their impossible dream and at the end of the month, if you went to borrow money for transport, you are in big big trouble paying it back cause you don't get a basic. YOUNG AND UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE STAY AWAY the man whose training and interviewing a Nigerian / foreigner. THEY WILL SELL YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO OTHER FOREIGNERS OR USE IT TO COMMIT FRAUD.
I am looking for in institution that give training in Boiler making etc. I STUMBLED upon Artisan Training Institute in Roodepoort. I have been calling them for details on what they offer, duration and costs of courses and even sent emails with my questions to reception@artisantraining.co.za +gpretorius@artisantraining.co.za. Sadly they fear talking to people or giving information because I have had no response from yesterday 14:44 up till now 12:31. When I dial their listed number 011 472 3443 the call gets set aside even so with the cells +27 (0) 83 655 832 / +27 (0)82 958 3713. On their cell I can clearly hear someone walking or being active on the other side but just listening to me in dead silence. IS THE INSTITUTE LEGIT OR IS IT A FLY BY NIGHT? PLEASE GIVE WARNING ANYONE

An agent at Intellicell offered me a cell phone deal or a tablet. Some of the cell deals on promotion are: Vodacom Power Tab 10 Inch 3G R299pm x24, Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace R299 pm x24. I was advised to send my payslip and 3mnth bank statement Fso that they can deliver. NEVER SUBMITTED OR SIGNED ANYTHING. I called the 30 of March16, told the agent i want to cancel I see a way much cheaper deal on my network providers site and I felt their deal is 180% more cheaper. she said she would notify the sales agent to call me and cancel. I never received a call. on the 31 March16 I received a debit order notice that they deducted rR300. I immediately called to inform them that I wanted to cancel and was told even though I did not send OR sign anything OR receive any product from them, they will not refund the money taken from my account. they are robbing people left right and centre and they are raking in thousands of rands in this way by doing this. I want my money back as I did call in advance to cancel and I didnt receive any product from them! i was told by Ondela that management will call me back. I DEMAND A REFUND IMMIDIATELY TODAY
i went to Telkom in Southgate in April 2015, to report that i no longer needed their contract which expired in 2014 august. i signed a paper to that effect and was told that an agent will call me by Monday or Tuesday to confirm my cancellation.<br> no one called until 3 weeks later, Friday in May 2015. I told the agent its become expensive to pay R280 where it could cost me less if i buy my BIS for R60 and at least R50 on airtime, as i do not make that much calls. I use whatsapp 100% of the time to communicate. the agent told me there is a special offer for new phones and convinced me to extend the contract because i was interested in a blackberry. he said someone would call me back within 2days. i waited for 5days and decided to tell them i want to cancel after all. the agent forwarded my request. i called again 2 week later and asked what the status is? an agent told me it takes 8 days for the department that does cancellations, to cancel. Another cancellation log will take another 8 days and she cant call the dept head. i said leave the 1st recording. it is the end of July, they sent me sms notice to deduct from my account 30 July 2015. TELKOM REFUSES TO ACCEPT MY CANCELATION
Ek wil complain oor die gedrag, maniere van Mpho. <br> <br> Ons was baie goed gehelp van die mans mense by die hek. Hulle was verskriklik vriedelik, hulpsaam en fliks. Ons het plek gekry maar dit was direk in die son, terwyl daar ander plekkies rond was met skaduwee. <br> Ons het in elk geval uitgpak en gesttle. Ons het later uit gery Spar toe en toe ons terug kom, het ons so lang tou van kare kry staan. Die tou het verskriklik stadig beweegnen toe ons security vra of ons nie ander hek kan gebruik wat ons gevbruik het om uit gekom, het hulle gese die manager wil dit nie meer allow. ons moet in die lang tou staan van mense wat qeue om te betaal. Daar was nog omtrent 5kare met ons sin wat alreeds betaal het en net wou in gaan. Toe ons uiteindelik by die betaal punt kom het ek die outjie agter die venster gevra of ons dalk kan skyf na 'n beter spot naby 'n boom want daar was op daai stadium baie plekkies wat nie geneem was. Toe staan Mpho voorent toe, gruip die slip uit my man se hand en antwoord highly offensive en met 'n baie horrible attitude ons het nie gebook en ons kan loop as ons nie gelukkig is. Wie dink ons is ons, ons moet nie kanse kom vat. Ek was geshock, offended en horrified.
