Extremely extremely bad experience with this company. I purchased a lounge suite in 2016. I paid in cash which was around 15k at that time. There are no kids at my place it’s my wife and myself. We work Monday to Friday and are hardly home on the weekend. 2 months ago I felt something poke me badly only to find a wire tore through breaking the stitching in the process. I will upload a pic. I contacted the salesman Joseph and he had explained to me that the warranty had finished but I was confused cause at that time of purchase I had heard a warranty that will end at the end of 2018. The salesman Joseph promised to come through and have it checked out since he claimed the warranty was over. It’s been 2 months and all I hear is excuses every week when I call him. He doesn’t respond to my WhatsApp I can upload a screenshot. How do I upload ? I’m trying and I’m failing. Thanks
