Most dissapointing and pathetic! I had lay buy sofas for a period of 6 months. After the last payment to collect I am told there is no stock!!. To my surprise and knowledge. When one lay buys an item it is kept. But noooo! Not with bed and lounge. I was told to wait for 3 days. After 3 days and being furious I called and spoke to the manager. The call was even worse. I now Need to wait another week and even 7 days longer if I want a refund.. Imagine the inconvenience... Just useless man!
I done a deposit at the atm and I received a slip stating that the transaction was unsuccessful. I immediately went to the branch and after waiting for 30 minutes. They told me the custodian on site will only do the check on Monday!. They have no other reason and do not care why the deposit was done. The service was horrible and for a "world class bank" they quite outdated. I have never received such service in my life. I want my money money back.
This place was ridiculous. I bought my food through the drive thru. Upon paying for my food using my card. I was given the wrong slip and told to wait. I was then told to pay again and my money would be reversed. After waiting no one could explain how and when the money would be reversed back. I then took initiative to go back and ask. I was told by the consultant who helped me initially to go speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager who then told me to come with a bankstatement the next day. This is the most hideous thing I've ever seen. So in considerate and not professional. I get to pay twice but McDonald's in Southgate tells me to wait for a day to get my money back and treated like a pathetic criminal. Worse service ever.
