Struggling since July 2022 to get a third party claim processed Agent complicates matters constantly by requiring documents to be resubmitted as constantly there is stuff outstanding,inefficient service and unwillingness to assist as I'm an external client.No follow ups done as I must make constant contact to get updates on matter.Its ridiculous service and he definitely doesn't know what service is or how to treat clients irrespective of who they are.
Terrible service from bed and lounge consultant Joseph every day since the collection of my damaged lounge suite 20th June that was under warranty I had to make calls daily to find out about repairs and was told they doing me a favour to repair my lounge suite, actually threatening me , so I must just be patient and on Monday 25 July after a whole month, I got a call from him to tell me repairs is almost done however I must pay a delivery fee to have the lounge suite dropped off at my home, he even made a comment to his colleague while I was on the phone to say they must pay as nothing is free which is totally unacceptable , the service is shocking and I would never recommend them to anyone
<p>My tv was taken in for repairs 10/11/2016 as its still within a 24 month warranty only for me to be told to pay R2900 for repairs as the warranty doesnt cover the damages to the tv , like its me who damaged my own tv according to the service im getting and the funny thing is the tv that me R4255 on the 16/12/2014 , its a total rip off if you ask me and its basically in a nutshell its like paying for a brand new tv , warranties dont serve you any purpose if you ask me. </p>
<p>I resigned from Tracker Connect on the 23rd Sept and got in contact with Alexander Forbes on the 3 October only to find that they never processed anything since the 23 Sept and only acted on my correspondence on the 3rd which to me is totally unacceptable. Had i not followed up i would have been left in the dark. Another alarming concern is that they told me my last payment is not allocated however i received a sms to tell me it is so i am getting contradicting information. Why does it take so long to resolve this matter. Why must i keep following up. Is this how clients get handled. Has service totally gone down the drain.Its shocking. I WANT THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE WAITED THREE WEEKS ALREADY AND THINGS IS MOVING SLOWLY WITH NO URGENCY OTHERISE I WILL CONSULT THE PAPERS.</p>

Account 1581066163 Good day I was at your industria branch last month to stop my debit orders and signed for it only to find that those debit orders went through my account again.this is totally unacceptable and I want this corrected today.I want the debit orders reversed immediately as i am not going to be inconvenienced due to your staff inefficiency.Kindly reverse those debit orders today as i requested for it to be cancelled.
