Mall of Africa Supermarkets should be Shut Down
I am speechless! First my shopper sends me a picture of butternut and tells me that leeks are out of stock, would I like to substitute, thereafter a picture of rice noodles but no message and no mention of anything else being out of stock, which I unfortunately discovered once I received my order, that there were no sweet potato and butternut bags, no leeks and no smoked mussels. Nothing unusual for the store to be out of stock of most items. Then the order is set to arrive at 11, then only arrived 40 minutes later, all after being called to say that the order won't arrive at 10 but will be 11 due to rotisserie chicken still cooking. I received my order, and in one bag is a HOT chicken along with all the vegetables that belong in the fridge AND FROZEN FISH! The box of the fish was soft and wet due to the heat of the chicken and had started to defrost, in what world do you pack hot and frozen food together? Then, not only have I paid R 76 for asparagus but it has been replaced with baby asparagus (NOT the same price on the app). As if that is not enough, the chicken is undercooked!!!! I will no longer utilise any online services if they are going to continue using the shops at Mall of Africa, it is beyond unacceptable and this is the last time I EVER purchase anything from this store.

Wonderland
Not only is the venue completely unassuming but when you walk through the doors, you enter a wonderland of luxurious organic produce. From the farm stall to the biltong counter and down the aisles of the goodies for sale and then to the entrance of the simplistically decorated but rustic restaurant with a decadent deck overlooking a magical organically grown garden of fruits, vegetables and herbs. Whilst pricier than you’re used to, the wine and the food were well worth it with flavours that literally dance on your tongue and work their way into a smile, it is the perfect setting to share plates so that you all get to experience the chef’s artwork. Last but not least, impeccable service from the waitrons and such a relaxed atmosphere, I will definitely be visiting again.

Food for the Soul
What an amazing experience! Food Jams (Cooking Class) in Salt River, CPT was sensational, hosting our team of 26 as we embarked on a journey at the start of 2024. With exceedingly friendly and helpful staff, a vibe that made you want to get up and jam, the relaxed manner with which the even was approached and the beautiful culinary design and set up, made this a team building we will never forget. If you love MasterChef and other cooking reality shows, then this is a must try but bearing in mind, it's no competition although a little healthy competition never hurts. AND what a feast afterwards, with comradery, sounds of laughter, ooooohs and aaaaahs, it was the perfect setting for the year ahead.

Keeping Service Alive in SA
I spent many a night fretting over the fact that my mattress was causing much back pain and discomfort but moreover the fact that brands that one could previously trust, just aren't trustworthy any longer and wasn't sure how to go about making a sound decision on such a pivotal household item that costs an arm and a leg. After hours of research, I finally found the one I wanted and purchased it through The Mattress Warehouse, of course it was over the seasonal break and manufacturers were closed for some time, however my needs and concerns were addressed by a very professional and friendly Tokyo, who not only suggested another brand but upgraded my order to a better quality product. Just like that delivery took place the very next day and I was greeted by two very friendly and efficient staff members, Lebo and Dennis, who went above and beyond to ensure that my brand new bed was delivered with care, set up and all the packaging removed and taken off the premises. It's still early days but I am super happy with my Serta base and mattress and have had comfortable, sound sleep for a few nights, thank you Mattress Warehouse.

Legitimate Education Entity
<div>I am not understanding all the negative reviews. It is a legitimate business with a detailed training course that advises on what software to utilise, to make your life easier, whilst transcribing. The fact that you have to pay for software licensing, is not them expecting further payments from you, it is purely on an advice basis. There is free software out there that you can choose. Personally, I think that people want to be s**** fed and when things seem to difficult, it is easier to label this type of entity, a ****. I am almost done with my course and I am super excited about the prospect of earning an extra income. Thank you TypeWhizz.</div>

Friendly & Professional Service does exist
I bought my very first brand new lounge suite at the ripe age of 43 and as such I shopped around for a while until I found the design I fell in love with. Only hitch was that the cost of the suite was completely outside of my budget until I found Bed & Lounge who manufacture the exact same suite at more than half the price, of other advertised units which are identical. Not only was I able to purchase my dream lounge suite but the service from Bed & Lounge was absolutely phenomenal. From communication to delivery, via some very friendly employees who were adamant that as a lady, they were to unpack and throw away the plastic that was covering the suite. I absolutely love my couches and would definitely recommend them going forward, thank you for your friendly service.
