Never buy from from this company even on takealot they don't care about their customer

I bought a queen sleeper couch and it was delivered on the 25th of September 2004, when it was delivered it had stitches as if it was a repair, I called the office and reported it even the delivery guy reported it anf they promised to fetch it the following day , today it is the 16th of October and the couch is uncomfortable to sit on or even use it as a sleepr couch of the quality that was used, it feels like the couch was used before hai sies my 5500 gone down the drain please help and remove and make sure this business is closed this is daylight ******* ,they don't care about customers satisfaction.
