on the 7/5/21(day before mother's day) my mom, sis and I who had planned and booked a day of pamper at your salon turned into a long hellish nightmare, we were initially asked to come in at 9am but the day before our booking, a lady called and asked if we couldn't come earlier, which we really could not as I had worked till 5am, once we got there we were immediately seperated, and yes we had 3 different salon and hair cutting treatments booked, but it was initially supposed to be a mother and daughters day, my sister who had the least done (wash cut and blow) was first to be taken care of and done within 30mins, my mother was taken back to the treatment room for a chemical peel, wax, tint and done in 90mins and then there was me, now pls understand that I do not have long or difficult hair, I just wanted some foils with color and a cut, I showed the lady the picture and from the get go when she made the holy trinity sign across her body I should of taken that as a sign that this was going to go very wrong because as a professional she did not instill any confidence in what I was asking from her nor did she really advise that she cannot achieve what I wanted but rather that it might not be the exact same outcome (which again I can totally understand as I'm not unreasonable) because I had box black on my hair and wanted to have some highlights then green color on the hight lights(not a full head of green) she said this would be very difficult to achieve but she can try with lifting the color first, fine I agree(what do I know) , she then went to work out an quote for all of this which came to little over R1, 500 for my short hair, again I was okay with that but things slowly rapidly went down hill from there, the lifting of color didn't really do much, she also bleached my hair without foils (and that's literally all I wanted) which didn't work much either (first time ever, I know my hair) then the color, which I prerequested when we booked, was mixed with blue which I did not ask for nor did they even attempt to tone out the yellow left behind from the strip and botched bleach job, now this color was applied to my head 3 times!! Not only not working on my head but staining and burning my scalp but my neck and face as well (which was not cleaned off after every application) after the 3rd application of color everyone just gave up, at this stage it was already 4pm(, the stylist eventually said my hair was to porous to take the color which as a professional she should of known this from the start!??! And she also ended up cutting most of the green away as she did not listen when I told and showed her from the start how I wanted my hair cut ) , my sister and mom who were done hours and hours ago were still waiting for me, NOT A SINGLE person in the salon at any stage offered us a drink of water, coffee, magazine or even wifi password, we were just left unattended like that, after hours and hours of this, I left with a botched hair color, stained skin and a heavy heart as my mother who paid for our day had to fork out over R4000 for this experience, when i got home I literally cried and cried I felt so bad for my mom who just wanted to treat herself and her daughters, who did not complain once about anything, shame on you bedazzle and team access park, you guys push your products but can't do a proper job or offer your clients some water, it's disgusting and all the hidden costs (chemical peel R799, but no mention of having to buy the R500 silicone and other pricey products after treatment) shame on you for charging us every time for a color you knew wouldn't work, shame on you for not listening to your clients and exploiting their naivety!
