I was running late and kept them informed I was meant to only be 15 minutes late but I got lost as the location pin took me into Eastgate and I still asked if it's in Eastgate they said no than I couldn't get out of Eastgate without paying the ticket which I had to go into Eastgate to do which took 15 minutes and I kept them informed the whole time. They messaged me to say I have 20 minutes left what would I like to do so I asked if I could reschedule and she said unfortunately not please read the term and conditions. I understand the terms and conditions but with certain circumstances they should be adjusted i didn't just ditch my appointment I kept them up to date the entire time. They'd rather lose a client which is very sad. You have to pay in advance the full amount so when you book make sure life things don't happen as you'll lose your money.

on the 7/5/21(day before mother's day) my mom, sis and I who had planned and booked a day of pamper at your salon turned into a long hellish nightmare, we were initially asked to come in at 9am but the day before our booking, a lady called and asked if we couldn't come earlier, which we really could not as I had worked till 5am, once we got there we were immediately seperated, and yes we had 3 different salon and hair cutting treatments booked, but it was initially supposed to be a mother and daughters day, my sister who had the least done (wash cut and blow) was first to be taken care of and done within 30mins, my mother was taken back to the treatment room for a chemical peel, wax, tint and done in 90mins and then there was me, now pls understand that I do not have long or difficult hair, I just wanted some foils with color and a cut, I showed the lady the picture and from the get go when she made the holy trinity sign across her body I should of taken that as a sign that this was going to go very wrong because as a professional she did not instill any confidence in what I was asking from her nor did she really advise that she cannot achieve what I wanted but rather that it might not be the exact same outcome (which again I can totally understand as I'm not unreasonable) because I had box black on my hair and wanted to have some highlights then green color on the hight lights(not a full head of green) she said this would be very difficult to achieve but she can try with lifting the color first, fine I agree(what do I know) , she then went to work out an quote for all of this which came to little over R1, 500 for my short hair, again I was okay with that but things slowly rapidly went down hill from there, the lifting of color didn't really do much, she also bleached my hair without foils (and that's literally all I wanted) which didn't work much either (first time ever, I know my hair) then the color, which I prerequested when we booked, was mixed with blue which I did not ask for nor did they even attempt to tone out the yellow left behind from the strip and botched bleach job, now this color was applied to my head 3 times!! Not only not working on my head but staining and burning my scalp but my neck and face as well (which was not cleaned off after every application) after the 3rd application of color everyone just gave up, at this stage it was already 4pm(, the stylist eventually said my hair was to porous to take the color which as a professional she should of known this from the start!??! And she also ended up cutting most of the green away as she did not listen when I told and showed her from the start how I wanted my hair cut ) , my sister and mom who were done hours and hours ago were still waiting for me, NOT A SINGLE person in the salon at any stage offered us a drink of water, coffee, magazine or even wifi password, we were just left unattended like that, after hours and hours of this, I left with a botched hair color, stained skin and a heavy heart as my mother who paid for our day had to fork out over R4000 for this experience, when i got home I literally cried and cried I felt so bad for my mom who just wanted to treat herself and her daughters, who did not complain once about anything, shame on you bedazzle and team access park, you guys push your products but can't do a proper job or offer your clients some water, it's disgusting and all the hidden costs (chemical peel R799, but no mention of having to buy the R500 silicone and other pricey products after treatment) shame on you for charging us every time for a color you knew wouldn't work, shame on you for not listening to your clients and exploiting their naivety!

Very arrogant, racist, don't care attitude from receptionist and managers. I made massage reservation for my wife for midday appointment but advised midday was not available only 10h00, 09h00 & 08h30 slots via email in which I responded with 10h00 slot, but their email box was full and my email couldn't be delivered and called them to confirm the new time, in my surprise was told 10h00 slot was booked now they have 09h00 & 08h30 slots and I took 09h00 slot and they requested me to resend once again my voucher and confirmed with an email our telephone conversation but within 5 minutes was advised 09h00 was no longer available. The lady was so rude. Please never do any bookings with Bedazzled Beauty Studio, their service is of rudeness, unprofessionalism, racist

Pathetic service from owner and Stuff. The owner hanged up when I was complaining about their service and their terms and conditions. Since I was a minor, who paid, I was not given the full service that I paid for. We were treated unfairly even though we informed them that we were running late. I was told that they are busy preparing for a big corporate company. Their service should be rated below 1 star. I was told that black clients are treated unfairly compared to whites clients.

I was told that they are busy preparing for a big corporate company. Their service should be rated below 1 star. I was told that black clients are treated unfairly compared to whites clients.

So I bought my sister a bridal shower gift. My gift was 1 hour of msg with her husband to at bedazzled beauty studio in Bedfordview. So I called I think it was on Friday last week to make a booking. N I was told to send da voucher on deya WhatsApp n make da booking. No one told me Dat the date I wanted was fully booked. When I made the booking via WhatsApp I was told that dey want an attachment not a photo. I first time I sent for my booking I sent the voucher da same way, as a picture. And the photo as they call it has the voucher. So I told the person I was chatting to by the name of Rizwan that I will bring the copy when I come there but in da meantime they can use the voucher appearing on the photo. She refused n I told her she is being difficult for nothing. N she told me to get a refund if I m not happy with their service. I feel like she belittled me because she believes she has clients who are more worth of being treated with respect. She treated me unfairly and I feel like I am not getting fair treatment because I bought my voucher while on special with daddy's deals n they Don really want to give discounts.
