If I could give them minus points, I would. Bed Brothers are a **** - not a genuine business. We ordered a bed on 11 December 2025 and we expected delivery within 7 days. They didn't provide updates about the order, they didn't answer their phone or respond to messages for 7 days. After several strongly-worded messages and threats for opening a case at the police station, they responded on WhatsApp saying factories are closed and delivery would happen on January. This was not communicated at the time of order. I had to make alternative accommodation arrangements for my guests that arrived for Christmas. They responded to my December 19 WhatsApp messages on 12 January saying, "Apologies for inconvenience". On 13 January, they said, "Factory is in production from next week. Will revert with delivery date". Today is 19 January and still no word from Bed Brothers. I don't believe that I will ever receive this bed, I am preparing to report them to the police and takr them to Small Claims Court. Anyone who is considering buying a bed through Bed Brothers, DON'T! This has been a painful and extremely frustrating experience. As I type this, I still haven't received my bed. Bed Brothers offers the most ********** customer service you have never imagined. STAY AWAY! Or you'll be sorry!
