Bought a new bed from them which they advertised was a 4 star rating, they took more than 10 days to delivery, and when they finally did, the product was not up to standard. The bed is hard and not comfortable at all, I want my.money back.

If I could give them minus points, I would. Bed Brothers are a **** - not a genuine business. We ordered a bed on 11 December 2025 and we expected delivery within 7 days. They didn't provide updates about the order, they didn't answer their phone or respond to messages for 7 days. After several strongly-worded messages and threats for opening a case at the police station, they responded on WhatsApp saying factories are closed and delivery would happen on January. This was not communicated at the time of order. I had to make alternative accommodation arrangements for my guests that arrived for Christmas. They responded to my December 19 WhatsApp messages on 12 January saying, "Apologies for inconvenience". On 13 January, they said, "Factory is in production from next week. Will revert with delivery date". Today is 19 January and still no word from Bed Brothers. I don't believe that I will ever receive this bed, I am preparing to report them to the police and takr them to Small Claims Court. Anyone who is considering buying a bed through Bed Brothers, DON'T! This has been a painful and extremely frustrating experience. As I type this, I still haven't received my bed. Bed Brothers offers the most ********** customer service you have never imagined. STAY AWAY! Or you'll be sorry!

The worse service I've received and it's clear that the last option is to report them to the Ombudsman, I've numerously tried to contact them and resolve the matter professionally but they refuse to assist. Mind you one has paid for the product now when they have to repair it cause it's still within warrantee it's an issue about the factory if not the bakkie or the driver losing a family member and they can't pick up the caving mattress that has not even be bought more then a year from them.

Bought a storage bed from them in September 2023 on the 5 and now I complained about the mattress is finished and painful to lie on to my surprise the lady asked me the weight capacity of the person sleeping on the bed what's funny she didn't ask that when she was accepting my money and sad part they do false adverti*****t on warranty . Whatever you do don’t take your money to this shop, bad quality on everything…their customer service is the ****en worst , Afrikaner lady is nonsense person to deal with🤢 I bought a couch and it’s bad quality and they are giving me the run around to pick it up and refund me….now I have no choice to take it up with the ombudsman. DON SUPPORT THIS STUPID BUSINESS

DO NOT buy from this company. The quality is incredibly poor and their customer service is worse. Upon requesting that a refund be issued, given the item received was in an unacceptable condition, the response received was "we are unable to issue a refund", which is utter nonsense. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a top priority for this company.

DO NOT buy from this company. The quality is incredibly poor and their customer service is worse. This business is a ****mer. They closed down late last year and the police are looking for them. I bought a Kids Dual Function Pull Out Base Single on the 24 June 2023 through their website www.bedbrothers.co.za but up until today, 12 July 2023, the base has not been delivered. I have tried to contact them through the number provided on their mobile website and Facebook page, as their website does not have any contact but they keep on changing the delivered date. After noting that this could be a ****, I decided to visit one of their so-called collection sites provided on the mobile website (8 4th Street Wynberg). I found a different mattress shop there and when I inquired about Bedbrothers, I was told that they closed down late last year and police have been visiting the place looking for them because they ran away with a lot of customers' deposits. I am also reporting them to police. Do not buy anything from www.bedbrothers.co.za, it will never be delivered.
