Bought a new bed from them which they advertised was a 4 star rating, they took more than 10 days to delivery, and when they finally did, the product was not up to standard. The bed is hard and not comfortable at all, I want my.money back.

I was in contact with a person named Zoe Stradem, she communicated well with me and kept getting back to me to pay the R 99 fee to get my data SIM. Soon after I have paid for my sim package, she no longer calls me or replais to my emails. I tried calling their offices, but you wait for 30 minutes on the line, only for the line to be dropped before they answer your call. The service is poor, it's been 2 weeks and I have yet the receive my data SIM package. They told me I will receive it in 3 working days, but they clearly was dishonest. I was ****** out ofy R99, bit they won't get another cent from me.
I resigned from my previous job early in July 2025. Since then I received a call from my Momentum consultant Mr Tshepo Vakati. This guy is extremely unprofessional, he does not answer my calls direct or even when they put me through to him. He gives his staff a message to say he will call or email me back before the end of the day, but after 6 times this same promise has never been upheld. I tried to report him to his superior, yet she also did not reply to my mail. They said it would take 30 working days to receive my funds, yet it's been 5 months and I still haven't received anything yet. The service is poor. The communication is very poor and I would not recommend them to anyone
