Very happy customer
My Samsung Galaxy S25 purchase went smoothly from purchase to delivery. I was getting updated at each and every step after the purchase until the phone was delivered. and it did not take long for the phone to be delivered. I made the purchase on 26 September 2025 and received the phone on 1 October 2025. I recommend Snapcraze highly for online cell phone purchases; they are cheap and efficient

Bedbrothers are ****mer-closed down late last year and police are looking for them
This business is a ****mer. They closed down late last year and the police are looking for them. I bought a Kids Dual Function Pull Out Base Single on the 24 June 2023 through their website www.bedbrothers.co.za but up until today, 12 July 2023, the base has not been delivered. I have tried to contact them through the number provided on their mobile website and Facebook page, as their website does not have any contact but they keep on changing the delivered date. After noting that this could be a ****, I decided to visit one of their so-called collection sites provided on the mobile website (8 4th Street Wynberg). I found a different mattress shop there and when I inquired about Bedbrothers, I was told that they closed down late last year and police have been visiting the place looking for them because they ran away with a lot of customers' deposits. I am also reporting them to police. Do not buy anything from www.bedbrothers.co.za, it will never be delivered.

I think Discovery Insure (Car Insurance) is the best on the market so far in terms of both premiums and services. I have had two problems so far that I needed assistance from it and have not been disappointed with the services offered in both cases. In the first case, I needed a jumpstart and in time, Discovery Insure's partner was there to help me. My case was handled by Roanda Mukheli from emergency services department and she did an excellent job in keeping me informed from the time that I contacted Discovery Insure all the way up to the time that I got the help. Thank you so much Roanda Mukheli, keep up the good work. In the second case, I made a claim as I was hit at the back by someone who ran away after realizing it was his mistake. Everything went smoothly from the time that I submitted my claim. The assessment of the damages on the car was hassle free and the approval of the claim did not take all that long. Thanks to the claims administrator Boitshepo Baitsile for being efficient in the way that you handled my claim. I have just been with Discovery Insure from January 2022 but I do not regret my move from one of the very well known insurance company on the market who claims to be masters of insurance to Discovery Insure. You guys are doing a great job and keep it up.

Exceptional service from Kirshin Latchman
There people in this world who really have passion for their work and if there is only one person in that category, then it's only Kirshin Latchman who is there. Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am to this guy. We stayed long on a call (him calling me back after I had ran out of airtime) trying to fix my Internet problem and finally he managed to fix the problem. How I wish Fibrestream could only employ people of his caliber. Man, you are in a league of your own. I have never experienced an exceptional service like the service that you provided. Best wishes man on your job and continue offering this exceptional service to many customers
