Excellent Service!!!
I was sceptical about buying phones online and did a lot of research and read reviews before I did the EFT. Once I pushed the button, I was impressed immediately with their process and how quickly it all happened. I would recommend them over and over again!

From panic to pure relief – Great service!
I’ll admit, I was incredibly nervous after placing a high-value order this Cyber Monday. After parting with a lot of money, I panicked when I couldn't get through on the phone initially. However, just 30 minutes later, a lovely young lady returned my call. She was so patient, put my mind at ease about the store's legitimacy, and explained that they were just very busy with Black Friday volumes. My phone arrived by Saturday! I did my research beforehand, and I’m so glad I trusted the reviews. Authentic, professional, and fast.

I had a great purchase experience with Snapcraze. I bought the Samsung Z Flip 6 at a very good price. Unfortunately it stopped working after 4 months, the screen froze. When I informed them about this, they quickly arranged for it to be collected from me for assessment, and they sent a replaced it. Then the replacement developed the same issue, the Flip 6 clearly has a problem, Once again I got quick and efficient service from Kerry, who helped with collection of the defect phone and upgrading to the Flip 7, fortunately coinciding the Cyber Monday sale. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service!!! Would recommend them to everyone. Kerry was absolutely amazing with her customer care. She was so accommodating from the whole ordering process upto delivery. Awesome service!!!!
